Staging Luxury Properties

Most homeowners know that keeping their home clean, bright and free from clutter while it’s on the market is important.  Some sophisticated home sellers are beginning to realized that beyond decluttering and neutralizing their home, staging a home can elevate their home and garner interest from buyers on a whole other level.

Lifestyle creation through staging

Staging has gained popularity and transitioned from an “add-on” service to an expected part of a luxury home’s marketing plan.  Our goal is to maximize every inch of the home to create a vision of what it will be like to live there.  Staging any home requires creativity, design sense, and knowledge of trends in design and real estate.  Staging a luxury home requires even greater skill and finesse in order to be effective.  When considering staging any home, we consider who the buyer is, what their lifestyle may be, and where they will spend the most time in the home.  Our goal is to assist potential buyers in imagining themselves utilizing the space and customizing the home to suit their lifestyle.

And speaking of local natural beauty, culture and lifestyle, luxury homes are often luxurious because of their location and lifestyle.  In our luxury home market in Knoxville and the surrounding areas, many of our listings feature breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains, access to area lakes and rivers, access to private clubhouses or equestrian facilities, and yacht club privileges.  Potential buyers should be able to envision living in the home, hosting parties, large family gatherings or business functions, and enjoying the lifestyle that accompanies living in the area.

The difference staging can make is massive.  Especially in the luxury home market, where there are fewer potential buyers, the payoff is huge and the differential is
